  • Anthony Francis, the owner and chaos manager at The Manor at Airmont. With a passion for people and service, he brings a wealth of experience from successful church planting, IT operations, and company start-ups, making him a jack of all trades. Anthony has an amazing finesse and a unique way with clients, which has been instrumental in the success of The Manor at Airmont. He oversees operations and building maintenance, ensuring that events run seamlessly with every detail accounted for. Anthony is committed to excellence and is an exceptional leader with invaluable leadership skills, making him an essential asset to our team. When he's not hard at work, Anthony loves war movies, eats tons of candy on road trips to stay awake, and is passionate about all things mountaineering and fly fishing.

  • Natallia Francis, the owner and lead planner at The Manor at Airmont, is a true creative visionary with a passion for event design. With a background in the arts and a successful career in events and interior design for high-profile clients, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every event. Her unique ability to create a cohesive event that reflects your story and personality sets her apart. Natallia loves to incorporate unexpected details into her designs, from texture to color palettes and florals. She is a true people person and gets attached to her clients, always striving to go above and beyond for them. Natallia is a devoted wife to her hero, Anthony, and a proud mom to their four amazing kids. She enjoys cake for breakfast, eating out, big parties, and binge-watching shows in record time.

  • Executive Chef John Homan is a culinary master who blends his rich Korean heritage and a deep appreciation for meat-centric cuisines. With a fusion of Korean BBQ and Texas steakhouse traditions, he creates a unique dining experience where meats take center stage. Chef John’s philosophy is “low and slow,” infusing each dish with secret seasonings and his creative touch. His commitment to quality is evident in his hand-selected, locally sourced, and organic ingredients. His journey began in the kitchen as a butcher and eventually Executive Chef and owner. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and an entrepreneur, starting and running many businesses. With his expertise and dedication, he brings a remarkable culinary journey to every plate. When he’s not in the kitchen you can find him watching the latest movies every Thursday night, bingeing shows until the wee hours and munching sweets of all kinds.

  • Leanne Homan, the owner, sales coordinator, and event manager at Zesty Gourmet. Leanne's bubbly personality and dedication to her clients and their overall event experience is what sets her apart. She is amazing with clients, and her passion for the food industry is evident in everything she does. With roots in the south and a love for sides and scratch-made food, Leanne brings a unique perspective to the culinary world. As an assistant to Chef John, she works tirelessly to ensure that every event is executed flawlessly, and that the food is nothing short of magical. Her commitment to quality ingredients and her dedication to her clients is second to none. She deeply loves being a Mother and Grandmother and never wants anyone to feel left out. She is the life of the party and the glue that holds us all together.

  • Arielle Nash is not only the bar manager and mixologist at The Manor at Airmont, but also a beloved wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. With a passion for creating memorable bar experiences, Arielle can take a flavor palette and turn it into a delicious drink, adding unique details to elevate the overall experience. From color-changing cocktails to themed bars, she fills in every detail to ensure an unforgettable event. When she's not mixing drinks, Arielle loves to indulge in her favorite things, such as Asian food, movie nights, traveling, and cozy pajamas.

  • Meet the amazing kids of The Manor at Airmont, who bring their own unique skills and energy to the team. Aleyna is the multi-talented daughter of the family, with a passion for the performing arts and floral design, she creates many of the masterpieces going viral on instagram. Gavin is the smartest kid around, into basketball and always eager to lend a helping hand. He's a loving brother and works with the team on weekends, moving chairs and anything else we can think of. Genevieve is a budding chef, with a keen interest in cooking and creating delicious dishes. She also works as a flower girl for hire and has a talent for finding any missing items. And last but not least, Juliette is our official mascot of energy and mischief, with a contagious zest for life.
